All of Muslims believe that the Holly Quran, That is available for them, is the same that revealed to Prophet Mohammad (p.b.u.h), as the final Divine book and presented to human to show the way of happiness in this world and next one. By attention to the position and importance of Holly Quran in Muslims, as the constitutional law of Islam, and its strong relation of inimitability of the Quran and validity of Al-ahadith (Sonnah) to the Innocent of Quran from Distortion, the justification of arguments on its Innocent is a necessary study. So the research question is: how can establish the Innocent of Quran from Distortion by rational and traditional arguments? In this study, this question is answered by descriptive and analytic way. In rational arguments is referred to two arguments: the necessity of ultimatum and the dependence the necessity of inimitability of the Quran on its innocent from Distortion. In traditional argument is referred to: Verses of Quran, historical evidence and tradition. Finally the Innocent of Quran from Distortion, that change and confuses in its meaning, is established as the final Divine Book and as a guidance book to most constant way that leads to happiness.
