Nasr Hamed Abu Zeid is one of the contemporary scholars that his opinions and ideas about the components of the Holy Quran is controversial and debatable. Indeed, this issue has led many Islamic sciences scholars to have a critical look at his ideas, as they have written some works in order to considering and rejecting his theories. In this way, his view point of what is and how is the revelation of the Quran to the Prophet Muhammad (p,b,u,h) , is a controversial problem. This article while recognized the concept of revelation, also it explained Nasr Hamed Abu Zeid's view points on this issue. This study has done by using analytical method and examined by criticized considering. At the end of this study, it referred to an important note that Abu Zeid’s approch does not match to clearly words of Quran and infallible Imams Hadith (p,b,u,h).
