Study on the Role of the Primary Topics of Methodology of Jurisprudence in the Foundation of Interpretation

One of the most important issues in interpretation of the Quran is the Foundations of Interpretation that each interpreter before interpretation should determine his position Ratio to it. Because many interpretive differences are due to differences in interpretation principles, that pay attention to it is necessary. On the other hand, Principles Jurisprudence Science as a science methodic science and as Logic of understanding cause a dynamics in Jurisprudence and it can has an important role in interpretation, especially in the field of principles of interpretation. The main question of this research is: Which category of discussions of Primary Principles Jurisprudence has directly or indirectly impact in the foundations of Interpretation, and how is the quality of this impact? What are its effects? The method of this study is a Library and analytical method. The important topics of Principles Jurisprudence that has impact in Interpretation of Quran are as follows: Hojjiat (authoritativeness), Possibility and legitimacy of interpretation, significant and realistic attitude in verses of Quran, Dependence of meaning to text and the Author's intention
