According to the spiritual teachings of Islam and other Divine religions (Christianity and Judaism), it can be inferred that they don't agree with individualism and inattention to others and they consider a good society as a necessary condition for achieving to the perfection. This condition isn't met except in the guise of two important features that is sympathy. The present research aims to study the ethical and theological principles of empathy and sympathy in the Quran and Bible. The main question of this research is: what are the common and close ethical and theological principle of empathy and sympathy in Quran and Bible? The method of this study is analytical- library one. The results of this study showed that some of the important theological principles in the way of empathy and sympathy are as follow: Fideism, Monotheism, unity in faith and purpose, the same leadership, verbal understanding, and the important ethical principles are good motivation, piety, moral sense, responsibility, altruism, Justice and fairness.
