Quran language means the nature of Quran propositions and their adjectives. Assuming that of the Quran propositions are meaningful in this article, the research question is that: whether the principle in i.e. whether except the recognition and mental conditions of the speaker, the Quran propositions have the fact beyond themselves then the understanding of Quran is recognition understanding and cognition-giving? Or they have the sample or mythical feature? By investigation of Quran, related interpretations and books, this result achieved that the outer - religion reasons like: basis of wises and custom on factuality of notice statements b, sending the miracles while objecting or doubt of people, the ability of rational affirmation of Quran propositions; and the inner-religion reasons like: scientific and rational language of Quran propositions, clearing in denying of Quran doubt from the sibyl matters, poet's denying or being druid of signet messenger , presence of promise in Quran propositions and …, show the factuality and cognition – giving of Quran propositions.
